Medieval Jousting is performed by The Devil’s Horsemen with flair and an exquisite abundance of dramatic stunts. The show includes trick-riding, saddle falls, choreographed fighting, a classical high school dressage display and skill-at-arms tests. Also part of the performance is jousting set against a comedy narrative, where the dashing hero Harry Hotspur, battles with the villainous Black Knight for the hand of a fair maiden.
Guaranteed to add colour and pageantry to any event, the company provides full commentary and background music. The Devil’s Horsemen have jousted in front of royalty, at medieval banquets and many historical re-enactments over the years.
A suggested format example is two slots of twenty-five minutes, involving a minimum of six horses and riders. This is adjustable depending on the venue size and budget.
